The Phobetor is a blasted, irradiated region formed during the Drow War. Located roughly thirty miles south of Västernorr, the Phobetor is a hellhole of ancient artifacts and weird mutants with the lost drow city of Ngirninangorc at its center.

The Tower of Lord Vau is only about ten miles east of the Phobetor.
